All sales are final with the exception of warrentied defective merchandise.

Chain o' Lakes Guitar reserves the right of review on all defective merchandise.

All returns or credits will be the descretion of management at COL Guitar.

All warrenty returns must be accompanied by an original reciept.

RA return numbers will be obtained by COL Guitar.

Customers pay shipping both ways on warrentied repairs.

Freight is non-refundable.

All returns are handled are handled with store credit - no refunded checks unless intent is to purchase same or increased value items.

All refused shipments subject to 20% re-stock charge.
